Roy makes a debut in the event and will go up against compatriot and fellow Cardiff teammate Issy Bunyan. The 2005-born centre only just turned 17 having impressed for Wales at the U18 Four Nations Tournament with a double-double average of 18 points and 19 rebounds per game.
