Sochan was selected to play in the event in 2020 after a standout year at La Lumiere High School in the US, where he was ranked in the top 50 nationally in the US. He heads to play in Germany at Orange Academy for 2020-21.

Recorded 8 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 23 minutes as a starter in Team White’s 86-90 defeat in the Underclassmen game in 2019.
Recently turned 16, the highly rated 2003-born prospect showcased his potential with a spot in the All-EABL First Team in the Southern Conference with Itchen. Sochan committed to La Lumiere High School for the 2019-20 season having previously recorded a double-double for Poland against GB at the 2018 FIBA Under-16 European Championships.
